Queer Women of Color Have Stories Too. This Fil-Am Theatre Lover Gives Them a Voice. #ndbSF

Watch award-winning stand up comedienne/performing artist/writer/producer Kat Evasco rock the stage at NextDayBetter + San Francisco!

Kat juggles a bunch of identites: Queer. Filipina. Immigrant. Activist. Since discovering her love of storytelling when she joined Bindlestiff Studio – the only theater space in the US devoted to cultivating Filipino American artists – Kat has become the creative force behind plays that unravel these identities and transform LGBTQ communities of color.

Check out how a single story can create social change as Kat recounts her rebellious road to becoming a storyteller at NextDayBetter + SF.
